   Day 1

   Fly or drive to Jimma, the heart of Ethiopian coffee country. Evening briefing on coffee culture and cupping.

   Coffee Forest Walk

   Day 2

   Full day in the Kaffa forests — the birthplace of coffee. Walk among wild Coffea arabica plants. Roasting ceremony in the evening.

   Wollega Coffee Farms

   Day 3

   Drive to a working coffee farm. Learn about harvesting, processing, and drying. Cupping session with a Q-grader.
