  • Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 30+ days before departure — full refund minus any non-refundable third-party costs
  • 15–29 days before departure — 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before departure — no refund
  • No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

Cancellations must be made in writing to gayoomovalleytours@gmail.com.

4. Changes to Your Booking

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your itinerary. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Major changes requested within 14 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

5. Tour Itinerary

  • Itineraries are indicative and may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, local events, or safety concerns.
  • We reserve the right to substitute accommodation, transport, or activities of equivalent or better quality.
  • In rare cases, we may cancel a tour if safety or accessibility is compromised. In such cases, you may choose an alternative tour or receive a full refund.

6. Travel Documents & Health

  • You are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa, and any required vaccinations.
  • You must disclose any medical condition that could affect your ability to participate. We reserve the right to decline participation if safety is a concern.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, evacuation, cancellation, and personal property.

7. Liability

We act as an organizer of tours and work with independent local guides, drivers, and accommodation providers. While we take care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of independent third parties
  • Personal injury, illness, or property loss except where caused by our negligence
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, epidemics)

8. Cultural Respect

Our tours visit living communities. You agree to:

  • Ask permission before photographing people
  • Respect local customs, dress codes, and religious sites
  • Avoid giving money, candy, or gifts to children directly
  • Follow your guide's instructions on etiquette

9. Photography & Marketing

We sometimes take photos or videos during tours for our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, please let your guide know at the start of the tour.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please inform your guide immediately so we can try to resolve it on the spot. For post-tour complaints, contact us at gayoomovalleytours@gmail.com within 30 days of your return.
